Answer: A) Cor pulmonale is an etiology of Right-sided CHF. Systemic HTN, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy can be causes of both Right and Left-sided CHF. Congenital heart disease is not an etiology of Right-Sided CHF, only Left-sided.
